Terms of Service.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and the AI Agents Club membership (the "Service"), operated by Ai Agents Labs LLC, 215 Mast Ct, Carlsbad, CA 92011 ("we," "us"). By using the Service or purchasing a membership, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service. AI Agents Club is an online education membership. It includes a video course curriculum, live online build sessions, downloadable resources and templates, software tools, and access to a private member community. The Service provides education, tools, and support — it is not a job, a franchise, an investment, or a business-in-a-box.

2. Billing. Membership is a recurring subscription billed at $97 per month. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. Prices include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. By subscribing, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your payment method each billing cycle.

3. Cancellation and refunds. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Your first month is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. Full details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is part of these Terms.

4. No earnings guarantees. We make no promises or guarantees about income, revenue, or business results. Any figures referenced in our materials describe market rates or illustrative examples, not what you should expect to earn. Your results depend on your own effort, experience, and market conditions. Most people who purchase training programs do not achieve meaningful results.

5. Your account and conduct. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You agree not to share, resell, or redistribute course content, tools, or community access; not to scrape or misuse member data; and to treat other members respectfully. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with a pro-rata refund of any prepaid, unused period where required by law.

6. Intellectual property. All course materials, templates, software, and branding are owned by Ai Agents Labs LLC or its licensors. Your membership grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use them for your own learning and business — not to republish or resell them.

7. Third-party tools. The Service may reference or integrate third-party platforms (for example, our community platform and video conferencing tools). Those platforms have their own terms and privacy policies, which govern your use of them.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability. The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ai Agents Labs LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

9. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.

10. Changes. We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
