Refund & Cancellation Policy.

The short version: everything we do is scoped in a written proposal before you pay, ongoing services can be cancelled at any time, and if something isn't right we'd rather fix it than argue about it.

Project work (websites, funnels, branding, and similar fixed-scope engagements) is billed as described in your proposal — in full or in milestones. You may cancel a project at any time in writing; you pay only for work completed up to that point, and any prepaid amount beyond that is refunded. Once a project is delivered and approved, fees for completed work are non-refundable.

Ongoing services (ad management, social media consulting, and other monthly engagements) renew automatically each billing cycle. Cancel at any time by email — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, you keep the service until then, and you will not be billed again. There are no contracts and no cancellation fees. Payments for billing periods already delivered are non-refundable, except where required by law. Ad spend paid to platforms like Meta or Google is governed by those platforms and is not refundable by us.

How to cancel or request a refund. Email support@ai-agentscorp.com from the email address on your account. Include your name and business name. No forms, no hoops — an email is enough, and we confirm every cancellation in writing.

Refund processing. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

If something's wrong. If a deliverable misses the scope we agreed to in your proposal, tell us — we'll revise it at no charge until it matches what was scoped. If anything about a charge looks wrong, contact us at support@ai-agentscorp.com before disputing it with your bank — we resolve billing issues quickly.
